Antoinette (Toni) Rae Martin (Carbonara)

Antoinette (Toni) Rae Martin (Carbonara) passed away Monday July 20, 2026 at Monarch Meadow personal care home in Uniontown after a battle with FTD, a form of dementia.

She was born February 19, 1956 in Connellsville, PA. Toni was a graduate of Connellsville Area High School class of 1975, and attended Faith Assembly of God in Uniontown.

She was predeceased by her parents, Nicholas Carbonara and Mary Jane (Shipley) Carbonara of Connellsville, Pennsylvania.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of over 50 years, David Dean Martin, of Dunbar, Pennsylvania, her daughter, Jessica Lee Robinson (Martin) and husband Christopher, of Latrobe, PA, brother, Nicholas Carbonara and wife Lori, of Florida, and uncle, Joseph Declemente of Connellsville, PA.

Family and friends will gather to remember Toni at the Shell Funeral Home, Inc. 164 S. Mt. Vernon Ave. Uniontown, PA on Friday July 24, 2026 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM, and on Saturday July 25, 2026 until 11:00 AM the hour of service with Pastor Jason Lamer officiating. Interment will follow in Walnut Hill Cemetery.
