Lorette "Fred" Ferretti

Lorette "Fred" Ferretti, 86, of Uniontown, PA, passed away peacefully Wednesday September 9, 2026, at his home, with loving family by his side. He was born July 25, 1940 in Uniontown, a son of the late Ettore Ferretti and Elizabeth (Capiot) Ferretti. In addition to his parents Fred was predeceased by four brothers: Theodore Joseph "Ted" Ferretti, Anthony Ferretti, John Ferretti, and Donald Edward Ferretti.

Fred was a member of St. Therese de Lisieux Catholic Church. He had retired after a lifetime of working as a mechanic with the pipeline industry. Fred was a loving husband, and father, who enjoyed spending time working on the cars of family members and friends whenever they needed his assistance.

Left to cherish his memory is loving his wife Veronica Frances (Talpas) Ferretti, daughter, Regina Marie Ferretti, sister, Louise Phelan, of Uniontown, and nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

Family and friends will be received in the Shell Funeral Home, Inc. 164 S. Mt. Vernon Ave. Uniontown, PA on Tuesday September 15, 2026 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. Prayers of Transfer will be said at 9:30 AM Wednesday September 16th followed by a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 AM in St. Therese de Lisieux RC Church, 61 Mill St. Uniontown, PA followed by interment in Mt. St. Macrina Cemetery.
