William J. Santore

William J. Santore, 90, of Uniontown, PA passed away peacefully Thursday, September 18, 2025, at his home, with loving family at his side. He was born February 6, 1935 in Uniontown.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Mike Santore and Clara (Ryder) Santore, and his loving wife, of 65 years, Sandra Ruth (Fields) Santore.

Bill retired following his many years of employment with Rockwell International and Sensus Technologies. He was a member of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church. Bill was a loving father and grandfather, who in his spare time, enjoyed hunting, fishing, and sports betting.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Terry Lynn Bowman, of Lemont Furnace, sons, Michael James Santore (Jamie Lynn), of Centerville, PA, and Patrick K. Santore (Kathy), of Uniontown, nine grandchildren: Michael, Mindy, Joey, Cassie, Bryan, Ashley, Emma, Paige, and Kevin, great-grandchildren, Allie and Sadie, and two very good friends, Ed Nicklow and Butch Miller.

To honor his wishes, private services for Bill were held Saturday, September 20th, in the Shell Funeral Home, Inc., with Pastor Kevin Anderson officiating. Entombment followed in Mount St. Macrina Cemetery.

The family thanks the nurses and caregivers of Ospta Hospice for the loving care they provided Bill during his final days
